So, I would say I am 70/30 frontend/backend software engineer. That is why the following stack I use every day at work:

ReactJS
Styled Components
TypeScript
CSS3
JavaScript
HTML5
Apollo GraphQL
GatsbyJS
MobX

When it comes to the backend part, my choice is

NodeJS
ExpressJS
NestJS
MongoDB
MySQL
PostgreSQL
Redis
TypeORM
Linux

For a full-stack engineer it is crucial to understand at least basics of DevOps and how the system typically gets deployed, so occasionally I use these:

Docker
Terraform
Kubernetes
Serverless
Vagrant

Every developer should know where to host their projects. These are the SAAS platforms and infrastructure providers I had an honor to work with:

AWS
Auth0
Netlify
Vercel

As for the code management, I mainly work with GIT, but many years ago also dealt with Mercurial :)

GIT
Mercurial

There are also several things I am familiar with and probably can make something relatively basic out of it... after spending a day or two googling the subject :) This section is there for the "familiarity with blah is a plus" reasons :)

AngularJS
Perl
C#
Python

And finally, I got few technologies that I, generally speaking, don't work with anymore, even though from time to time I may look into it.

1C Bitrix
MeteorJS
PHP
SASS
LESS
Redux
Redux Saga
